  • Who are the shipping carriers? 
    USPS, DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS.
  • How long is shipping for each carrier?
    Economy: 5 to 7 business days, free shipping for orders $50 and up, Standard: 3 to 4 business days, and Express: 1 to 2 business days
  • Do you ship Internationally? 
    We offer shipping within the United States ONLY.
  • What are the costs for shipping?
    Express: $5.00, Economy: $2.75, and Standard: $3.00
  • What is the return policy?
    Customers have 30 days to return products. 
  • When will I receive a tracking email regarding my order?
    Once order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation followed by an additional email regarding tracking the status. Tracking confirmation email is sent once supplier confirms order is fulfilled and shipped.
  • If there is an issue with my order, how do I get it resolved?
